ABOUT TOWSON MEN'S CLUB LACROSSE

The Towson University Men's Lacrosse Club is a student-run organization that competes in division 1 of the National Collegiate Lacrosse League (NCLL). The Tigers are a part of the Chesapeake Conference which entails league play against Navy, Salisbury, Maryland, Delaware, and Loyola. We are a highly competitive club that strives to win a National Championship year in and year out.
The team practices two to three times per week in the evenings at various times and participates in a highly competitive schedule playing games on weekends.
We play year-round, and our seasons run consistent with the academic semesters. The fall consists of practices, tournaments, and play days. The spring is our official season where we will have practices, individual games, and play days. The games in the spring count towards a national ranking and playoff bid.
No tryouts are held and no cuts are made however, based on numbers, travel rosters will be announced to limit the expense of some road trips.
Towson has been to the National Tournament multiple times.
In 2016, Towson fell to Navy 11-7 in the National Championship! In
2017, Towson Won the NCLL National Championship. Beating Penn state 9-8.
